Dr. Tom Selman is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Groves and Mid County communities for the past 20 years.
Dr. Selman has been freeing people from pain in the office in Groves, TX. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Selman is committed to promoting optimal health and well being of patients.
Dr. Selman uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Dr. Selman was born and raised in Port Neches and graduated from PN-G in 1987. He attended Lamar University where he obtained his undergraduate studies and necessary requirements. He received is bachelor of science degree specializing in Human Biology in 1991 from Lamar University. He graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1995 receiving his license to practice in Texas.
Tom constantly strives to improve and update his knowledge in the field of chiropracitc and has completed extensive study through Texas Chiropractic College and post-graduate seminars.
A firm believer in the basic worth of every individual and the incredible healing power of the body, Dr. Selman is a true doctor for the people. His goal is "getting sick people well and keeping them that way."
Tom, his wife Peggy and there 2 boys, Trey and Chase, enjoy the Gulf Coast outdoors while fishing and hunting and are extremely involved in area youth sports.
